Cheesy Walleye with bacon crumb topping

Ingredients
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
1 cup shreaded sharp cheddar cheese
bacon crumbs
and of course WALLEYE
Instructions
Melt butter on low heat, add flour and mix to a paste, turn up heat to medium add milk and stir till thickend; turn down heat add cheese till melted. pour over Walleye fillets in a casserole dish. Use prepaired bacon crumbs or use fresh cooked, put crumbs in plastic and roll with a rolling pin to crush it to a fine powder, spinkle over fillets, use as much or little as you like. Bake on 325 for 45 min. Note: be sure to remove all dark meat and fat from all your fish.
