This is a great recipe for this i am 15 and i love to cook and your family will love this one if you like it tell me at Robert@elizabethboro.com and pass it along if you dont like it please tell me thank you all. And remember it is awesome to cook it but it is more cooler to catch it. Erie Rules
Ingredients
1 cup flour
Table spoon season all
2 table spoons shire sauce
3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped or pressed
Veggie oil
Hot pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper
Instructions
heat oil fry garlic put fish in flour and put season all and garlic powder on then put shire sauce on salt and pepper to taste pre heat oven to 350 put new oil down in glass dish w/ garlic bake 10 minutes and serve or you can add hot pepper to kick it up last but not least ................................Enjoy
