JUST SOMTHING I CAME ACROSS ONE DAY
Ingredients
med. size fish
garlic power
salt
lemon pepper
butter
Instructions
First you take a cleaned fish with the skin on and cut it in sections of 3 1/2 inches. Then put it in a piece of aluminum foil. Lightly butter the skin. Add a drop of butter in the cavity sprinkle some garlic power, salt & lemon pepper. Seal it up real good so no juices will escape. Then put it on the grill or in the oven for 4 to 5 mins. on both sides. When you remove it let cool for 3 mins. then remove the aluminum foil. If done right the skin will stick to the foil and you will have a juicy fish steak. Serve it with fried potatoes and corn. ENJOY
