Mogey's Delight
Submitted By

This is a recipe I came up with while experimenting. Its now the only way I will cook most of my fish. This recipe was originally submitted on the old FishErie site by

.
Ingredients
Butter
Several Garlic Cloves
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Orange Juice
**amounts vary with the amount of fish
Instructions
In a pan or baking dish, place fillets. Add butter(amount varies with quantity of fish), several cloves of garlic, sprinkle top with garlic salt and pepper. Finish by filling pan about half way up with orange juice. To make this even better, try marinating your fillets for a few hours prior to cooking. Broil until fish is flaking and fully cooked ... Enjoy.
